We looked at the shelves of the world’s library and asked, “Where are the Kings who look like us? Where are the Queens who shaped our destiny?” The silence was loud. So, we decided to fill it with the sound of drums, the shine of bronze, and the voices of our ancestors. Toyo Stories was born from a hunger to see African heritage treated not as a footnote, but as the main event.
